About

With over a decade of experience as a coach, my career has been marked by developing young talent and leading teams to success at CS MRO as well as in other environments such as the University of Montreal (Carabins).

At the heart of my approach is a deep commitment to excellence, strategic planning and fostering a growth mindset that aligns with my organization's missions.

My expertise in soccer development, combined with my coaching training, has allowed me to contribute to the sporting and personal growth of players and organizations.

At CS MRO, our team's accomplishments under my leadership as Head Coach of the U17 LSEQ team are a testament to our collective focus and strategic execution.

We won the club's first provincial youth championship and made a historic appearance at the national youth championships, finishing fourth in 2023.

My eagerness to continually learn and develop as a person and coach helps me reach another important milestone for the CS MRO semi-professional women's team in Ligue 1 Quebec and Canada.

We were able to win the first Quebec League 1 championship in 2024 and finish 2nd in the Canadian League 1 interprovincial championship.

My active listening skills and attention to detail were instrumental in formulating the winning strategies that brought these achievements to life. Today, I continue my journey and look forward to new challenges to continue learning, sharing and delivering new missions.
