Head Coach : Good organization & planning, Good strategist and tactician, experience and knowledge in different areas (physical, medical, nutrition, operations) so works well with the heads of these departments, good leader (creates good relationships with players and staff), adoptable and finds solutions for various situations.

Assistant Coach : Analyses and works tactics with the group, works by position, Set Play coach, analysis of opponents, planning and individual work of players, always looking to find details to help improve the program.
