I am a sports therapist (AT) and osteopath (D.O.). I obtained a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a specialization in sports therapy from Concordia University in 2009. In 2017, I completed my diploma in osteopathy from the College of Osteopathic Studies of Montreal. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in "Rehabilitation Science" at McGill University.

Over the years, I have worked with high-level athletes at the National Circus School and the Montreal Impact Academy, as well as Ski Québec Alpin, Water Polo Canada, CF Montreal, Wanderers Rugby Club , Quebec Snowboard, CAMO water polo, Boxing Canada, and BoxeMontreal. In addition, I am an accredited speaker with Excellence Sportive de l'île de Montréal. I enjoy being able to work with excellent athletes and professionals towards achieving their goals
