Through coaching, I create a safe and judgment-free environment conducive to welcoming my clients as they are and thus allowing them to express themselves with complete freedom and confidence. This allows them to open up, expose themselves and welcome themselves with kindness and curiosity. Through questioning, following active listening, I get my clients to think so that they can find their own solutions. Then I support them in implementing these solutions, these new awarenesses. Coaching for athletes helps fill the gap that many feel, that is to say a feeling of being alone and isolated in what they experience on a personal level, beyond simple performance on the field. The goal is to allow these athletes to discuss more difficult, taboo subjects, but above all which are important to them. This way, they can overcome challenges and reach their full potential as human beings and not just athletes.
